I've completely rewritten it from scratch, it's much faster and should be easier to use now. Ever since I added the request and submission pages there have been a lot of new CTs added, and the layout of the old section couldn't handle all the extra artists. The new layout works much better, and shows more information about the CTs. The requests and submission pages are disabled for now until I convert them over to work with the new stuff, shouldn't take too long.
